YOUTH GROUP NEWS FOR JULY
The youth group started June out by serving cake for Fellowship to honor our Senior High Graduates. They were: Doug Colbert, Matt Glunz and Zack Miller. Congratulations!
On June 9th we had our mission trip meeting. We enjoyed a potluck dinner, finished filling out the necessary forms, and made t-shirts to wear while we are on mission trip.
On June 15th eight of our youth went to camp. On June 22nd four more went. July 6 three more will be going. Ask any one of them how camp was.
July 13th seven youth and two adults head out to Quad Cities, Illinois for mission trip. They return July 19th.
July 20th will be Mission Trip Sunday. Come hear about their trip.
July 24-28 we have two youth going to NYE (National Youth Event) in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Everyone is invited to go to Valleyfair on July 30th. We will leave church at 9 a.m. arriving at Valleyfair at 10 a.m. The price will be $15.00 for anyone 48" tall. Anyone under 48" tall or a Senior see Kari for pricing. We need 15 youth and adults to get this pricing. We will also need drivers. Please sign up by July 13th and pay Kari or Shannon by July 20 so we have enough time to plan for all that are going and arrange transportation.
As you can see, the youth will have a busy and faith-filled July coming. Thank you everyone for supporting the youth. You help make our events possible.
